Silvertrac offers a simple, yet powerful security guard mobile app designed to streamline security enforcement operations, increase employee accountability & improve customer relationships. We offer robust features including customizable guard tours, real-time incident reporting, advanced parking management, employee time clocks, pass down notes, post orders, live GPS tracking and more.

This mobile app is built for officers in the field to report guard tour information such as security incidents, maintenance, and parking issues back to supervisors in real-time for immediate response. All info is submitted to the central issue monitor through our secure cloud-based system, allowing quick relaying of information from patrol companies to their clients.

Managers and supervisors are granted administrative access to the issue monitor for full visibility into their operation. They can track officer movement, view detailed daily activity reports, and gauge employee performance to account for all officer activity.

Ratings and reviews

The app needs improvements!!! Pictures that are taken come out terrible with the latest update! Not enough room to put the vehicle model name. The app should leave a timestamp each time you arrive and leave a location. You should be able to go back and edit a note before it's been completely submitted. Pictures taken should have a GPS stamp so the location of the picture can be retrieved.

4/1/26. New update is broken. anytime I hit "keep picture" I get a black screen, phone freezes for a few mins, then reboots the OS. If it is working on your device, DO NOT let it update.

awful experience for android users, you can't zoom with one hand and the pictures look blurry even if you are moving a little bit
