About this app

Silver Track Ops is the field companion for crews working under the Silver Track operations platform. It replaces the paper run sheet: your day's work arrives on your phone, and the evidence goes back the same way.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Check in and out of your shift with a selfie and your location, so attendance is recorded where and when it actually happened.
• See the jobs assigned to you for today, with the road, area, activity and time window for each one.
• Open a job and file the report on the spot, capturing before and after photos as proof the work was completed.
• Review your own attendance and work history, and keep your contact details up to date.

WHO IT IS FOR

Silver Track Ops is a workforce tool for authorised field workers and contractors. Accounts are issued by your employer or the operating authority. It is not a general public app, and you cannot register from inside it. If you do not have an account, contact your supervisor.

HOW LOCATION IS USED

The app reads your location at the moment you check in, check out, or submit job photos. Each reading is a single fix taken while the app is open in front of you. Silver Track Ops does not track you continuously, does not run a background location service, and does not access your location when the app is closed. Location is used to verify that attendance and field work happened at the right place, and is shared only with your employer and the responsible local authority.
