About this app

Silverway AM is the official app of Silverway Asset Management SGIIC, a collective investment scheme management company regulated by the CNMV (Spain, NIF B24846586).

The app is designed for Silverway Asset Management clients who already have their assets managed with us. It offers you
permanent access to your portfolio, positions, and investment information, conveniently from your mobile device.

Version 1.0 — Available features:

• Portfolio inquiry. View your current Silverway portfolio positions: distribution by funds and SICAVs, total balance, and asset composition.

• Personal profile. Access your client information, contact address, and communication preferences.

• Account support. Request the deletion of your account and associated data from the support team directly from the app, in accordance with the GDPR.

• Security. Access is protected using personal credentials assigned by Silverway. No third-party SDKs are used for analytics or advertising tracking.

• Subscription, redemption, and transfer between funds.

• Reports and FIFO tax simulator.

• Download official documents and supporting documentation.

About Silverway

Silverway Asset Management SGIIC is a financial institution registered with the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) under tax identification number (NIF) B24846586 and
subject to European regulations applicable to collective investment scheme managers. We operate in Spain and Luxembourg with a long-term asset management model,
without intraday speculative trading.

The app is exclusively for clients with a prior contractual relationship with Silverway Asset Management SGIIC. It is not a tool for
raising public savings, nor a trading service, nor a stockbroker. This first version presents a demo experience
with representative data; real-time portfolio data integration will be incorporated in subsequent updates without the need to
reinstall the application.
