Very annoying, the first page of simobi plus take so long time before showing login password page, the other persons queuing behind me waiting long time for my QRIS payment by simobi, inefficient payment apps‼️ Please improve‼️

the app unable to verify the correct input of its authentication methods. leaving the user to reset their authentication method. this is a severe problem. leaving user to wonder whether they input correctly or not.

App often giving problems far too many times, its SKN mobile transfer is prone to error, forcing users to claim outgoing transfer too often; users incurred fees, bank customer service is not knowledgable enough, and there's no compensation/solution given... too often problematic especially accessed closer by end of the month, and there's seem no improvement of fixing the system from month-to-month. if you don't have to have this app, better not use it.. this app sucks
