Application is almost unusable for regular user. Online chat was never responded. Claim status was not updated. It is only usable to check hospital network, display online phone call number and advertise insurance products. It's menu is too complicated. Not user friendly. Mostly direct you to add and buy new insurance product.

Very slow. To check the policy or claim takes a very long time. The application should be maintained continuously so that this does not happen. But, sometimes after they updated the application, its runs smoothly again.

Unusable apps. Bad UIUX, not user friendly. Many find bug and stuck screen. Sometimes got force close. Form for car insurance claim was useless. Agent asked again for documents and photos via WA that I submitted in apps. I couldn't see status claim.
