This Time Logging Application is a secure, internal utility designed exclusively for authorized drivers, field staff, and logistics personnel. This application automates workforce time tracking and enroute stop logging, syncing data directly with a central administrative dashboard to streamline operational visibility and audit workflows.

IMPORTANT ACCESS RESTRICTION:
This application is completely closed to the general public. There is no public registration or self-sign-up interface. Users can only authenticate and access the application using an explicitly pre-registered mobile phone number via a secure One-Time Password (OTP) framework. Any unauthorized numbers will be strictly denied access.

Automated Enroute Stop Logging: Automatically tracks and calculates arrival, waiting, and departure durations at designated stop locations, removing the need for manual driver data entry while operating a vehicle.

Instant Cloud Synchronization: Telemetry and transactional time logs are instantly passed securely to our centralized Firebase cloud infrastructure for real-time tracking.

Administrative Audit Controls: Fully integrates with a secure web dashboard, allowing authenticated central admin users to review, sort, and optimize transit efficiency.

To guarantee reliable tracking performance under strict operational requirements, this application utilizes the following advanced Android system frameworks:

Background Location Access ("Allow All the Time"): To capture enroute stops completely hands-free, this app collects precise geographic coordinates (GPS latitude and longitude) even when the app is completely closed, running in the background, or not actively in use. This ensures zero data loss while traveling.

Foreground Services: The app utilizes an active foreground service combined with a persistent system notification icon to prevent the operating system from unexpectedly throttling or stopping the location collection loop during transit.

Battery Optimization Exemption: To maintain consistent network communication and GPS tracking without latency gaps, the app requires manual user permission to bypass standard system battery-saving limitations ("Ignore Battery Optimization").

System Notifications: Utilized to keep the operator continuously informed of active background logging sessions and data synchronization confirmations.

Data Security & Privacy Integrity:
We prioritize data minimization. Collected location tracks, timestamps, and device metrics are kept strictly confidential within company repositories for internal operational logging and administrative audits. We do not sell, rent, or distribute employee tracking data to external third-party ad brokers or marketing organizations.
