Too many many can't bug in the app and website. Can't even add my details.

I have applied at least 4 months ago for a simple job but never heard from them plus it always shows the status pending. Moreover, when I try to apply for other job then it says at least 2 skills should match. I know what are my skills and I want to apply in the relevant job but still it says at least 2 skills should match please make your system better.
