The Aisle Between is the official companion to the novel by Krishna Prasad Sundaram, published by SimhaFoundry.

Every chapter of the printed book opens onto a painted scene — and this app is where those paintings live. Enter the access code printed inside your copy, or simply scan a chapter's QR code, and the companion gallery unlocks: one original illustration for each of the novel's 55 chapters, to view alongside your reading.

The novel itself traces fifty years of a single marriage — from a chance meeting across a Bombay bookshop aisle to a life carried between cities, parents lost and children grown — told in quiet, observant prose.
