About this app

OTCE is the official mobile app of the OTCE (Technical Office for Event Coordination) platform, a system for coordinating incidents and teams in real time. Designed for any organization that needs a coordinated response: emergencies, events, facilities, industry, logistics, healthcare, retail, and more.

Take the coordination center to the field: check assignments, create geolocated incidents, attach photos, and receive real-time alerts with the same system you use on the web.

• REAL-TIME COORDINATION
All incidents, assignments, and updates are instantly synchronized between mobile and the coordination center. What happens in the field is reflected on the web. What is decided on the web is implemented in the field.

• PRIORITY PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
When you are assigned a critical incident, your phone will ring with a high-priority alarm sound (even on silent) and vibrate until you interact with it. You'll never miss an urgent assignment.

• GEOLOCATED INCIDENTS
Create new incidents from the field using your GPS location, address, a description, and photos taken with your camera. The information is instantly sent to the coordination center.

• OPERATIONAL MAP
View all incidents of the event on a map using OpenStreetMap, satellite tiles, or dark tiles. Color-coded markers indicate priority (critical, high, medium, low). Areas of operation, routes, and meeting points are defined for the event.

• ASSIGNMENTS TO MY TEAM
See the incidents assigned to your team at any time. Accept, reject with a reason, or mark them as completed from the app. Granular permissions system: operators only manage their own tasks; coordinators see everything.

• OPERATIONAL DASHBOARD
Real-time event statistics: active, open, ongoing, resolved, and critical incidents. Distribution by priority and team.

• OFFLINE MODE
View incidents and event data even without an internet connection. When you regain internet access, the app automatically syncs.

• PROFESSIONAL SECURITY
Authentication via Sanctum token with expiration. OVHcloud infrastructure certified to ENS High standards. Encrypted HTTPS and WebSocket WSS traffic. GDPR compliance (controller + processor).
