The app does not represent a government agency and does not provide access to government services (e.g., NoiPA/SPID). Calculations and summaries are estimates based on user-entered data and settings: always check with your pay slip and official sources.

What is Turni PP?
Turni PP helps you manage shifts, extras/allowances, annual attendance, travel, and absences in one place.
It works offline, without an account. Data remains on your device. You can back up and restore the database.

Who is it for?
• Shift and fixed-term staff (short or regular week)
• Those who want to monitor attendance and incidentals and reduce errors/memory counting

Shift Calendar
• Quick calendar entry (shift/absence per day)
• Support for returning on a day off (if provided by your organization)
• Meal vouchers (if used) and support for user-configurable incidentals/allowances
• Monthly view and annual summary of hours and incidentals

Overtime and allowances (estimates)
• Monthly and annual summaries
• Net income estimate based on user-defined taxation

Missions (estimates)
• Entry of missions with dates, times, locations, distances, and types
• Financial summary with distinction between taxable and exempt portions
• Travel reimbursements (estimates)

Pay slip simulation (estimates)
• Variable total with summary of gross/taxable/exempt and estimated net
• Incidentals status to help you Tracking of what is carried over to subsequent months

Absences and quotas
• Management of even extended absences

Privacy
• No account required
• Data saved locally on the device, with export/import of the database and settings
• Technical crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) only to improve stability: the content entered (shifts, notes, missions, etc.) is not collected
