Receipt maker for small jobs and small businesses: write a receipt, quote, invoice or credit note, add your finger signature and share it as a PDF or print it. Receipt Pad numbers every document, keeps the issued original and adds up your history per currency.
▶ FOUR DOCUMENTS
• Receipt: proof that you were paid, with the payment method and an optional red PAID stamp.
• Quote: an estimate before the work, with a "valid until" date. Make an invoice from it with one button.
• Invoice: ask for payment with a due date. Mark it paid and a receipt dated today is issued for the full amount, linked to it.
• Credit note: a refund or correction for an earlier receipt or invoice.
• Each type has its own number series: your prefix, digits and an optional yearly restart (R-2026-0001).
▶ ITEMS, TAX AND ROUNDING
• Quantity × unit price, with units, decimal quantities and a discount in % or as an amount.
• No tax, prices that exclude tax, or prices that include it. Up to 8 tax rates per document (sales tax, VAT, GST — you name them), added side by side or compound.
• Round each line or only the totals, halves up or to even. The choices are printed on the document and the printed numbers always add up; any difference gets its own Rounding line.
• 156 currencies, each with its own decimals (yen 0, Kuwaiti dinar 3).
• Amount in words on the document for the language and currency pairs listed below.
▶ YOUR DETAILS ON EVERY DOCUMENT
• Profile: name or business name, address, tax ID, e-mail, phone, logo and a footer (bank details, a thank-you note). All optional.
• Draw your signature once with your finger and add it to any document.
• Saved clients and an item catalog fill in new documents for you.
• Document language chosen separately from the app's, from 30 options.
• Paper: A4, Letter or an 80 mm roll.
▶ HISTORY THAT ADDS UP
• Every document in one list: search by number, client or item, filter by type, status, client or month.
• Totals of what is listed: received, refunded and unpaid, per currency. Different currencies are never added together.
• Export the list as a CSV file for your spreadsheet.
• An issued document is never changed. Editing it makes revision 2 with the same number, marked "Revised", and the original stays viewable.
▶ NOTHING LOST BY ACCIDENT
• Your draft is saved when you close the editor.
• Deleted documents, clients and items wait in Trash for 30 days.
• A backup holds every document with all revisions, clients, items, logos and numbering, split into part files when large. A restore first shows what is new, updated or unchanged.

• Receipt Pad makes documents for your records and your customers. It does not report anything to a tax office.
• Amount in words: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian for selected currencies, Korean for won, Japanese for yen and Chinese for yuan. For other pairs the line is left off rather than guessed.
• Dates are typed as YYYY-MM-DD.
• Up to 300 items and 50 revisions per document.
• PDFs are shared through your phone's share sheet.
• Your documents are saved on your phone. No account, no sign-in.
