Mental Hospital Escape: Hidden Truth is a horror escape puzzle game set in a dark and disturbing abandoned hospital. Make your way through 10 connected areas, including the isolation ward, hallway, medical room, archive room, underground passage, director’s office, laboratory, security room, chapel, and the hospital’s main gate.

As you progress, collect items such as keys, notes, and documents, then use them to unlock doors, disable security systems, and solve mysterious devices. Even the smallest clue may become the key to your escape.

But even if you manage to get out, one question remains:
Was it truly reality... or just another layer of the nightmare?
