This isn't a review of the app, per say but a review of the company. With the economy how it is and rentals being 2-3 times more expensive many people are having to be roomates. Simple bills seems to have a policy where they only allow one account per single family home. Meaning, if a house you rent is built as a single family home yet you have to rent with several people only one person can pay the bill. They won't even allow you to split the bill into different payment methods.....

Will absolutely never use them again. Their records will have missing months in the history. They will continue to bill you even months after you've already moved out and despite you having paid everything. They always have an excuse or an error, but it's up to you to deal with it. Their staff always has attitudes whenever you try and contact them for help. And you cannot actually download any pdfs despite their apps saying you can. Just don't use them and save yourself the hassle & stress

The app was fine when it worked and now I can't get into the thing. Even with my fingerprint being enabled. Now I have been locked out as of this morning. I really hate that my landlord is using this system. My bills are way higher now than ever before when I paid them myself and they charge ME to be a customer each month. They also charge to store YOUR debit or credit card information in their system. WOW
