Simply amazing. After being on Windows Phone for 2 years, this was the app I missed the most. However I did like some features on Microsoft's Groove Player. Could you add a separator when the first letter of the album changes (ex. When between the last 'A...' and the first 'B...' album) and if you tap that separator you are shown the available the unique first letters from the alphabet. Sorry for my English xD
I've tried out all the top rated music player apps, and Shuttle is definitely my favorite. I decided to support the developer and upgrade to the premium version, Shuttle+. **update** I took a star away because of one of the recent updates. The most played songs list was updated to list only 20 songs. I strongly dislike this! It's my go to playlist because it adds to list by play count. There isn't an option for me to create my own most played playlist and it be a smart list. Twenty songs is too few. Please make an option for me to edit the amount of songs allowed in the list, an option to create my own smart count list or change it to a higher number like 50 or 100. I'll change my rating back when Shuttle again lists more than 20 songs in the most played list. Thank you!
This is the fastest-running music player I have tried, with a clean, simple UI. It's easily my favourite, though I have a couple nitpicks. On my relatively small phone, it can sometimes be difficult to tap on the progress bar and I'll accidentally press another button, so the hotbox for that could be increased. Also, in the Now Playing screen, the top of the album artwork is cut off by the bar at the top. I would also like the option to add the song that is currently playing to a playlist from the Now Playing screen, because at the moment you can only save the entire queue as a playlist. Other than that, this is a superb app and I highly recommend it!
Maybe add the settings option to ignore tracks under 30 seconds so it doesn't pickup ringtones? Or the option to include/exclude folders to look at under the "Songs" category. Small feature with big implications and tremendous value. Otherwise a 5/5 app.
Keeps crashing when i add a song to a playlist. There's no option to just create a playlist you have to choose a song then create it.. I can't just search through my songs and play them in a list. The only positive is you can edit song tags... Needs to be more user friendly...
Got a OnePlus 3T and the preinstalled music player app was very basic. Downloaded free versions of a few different ones before finding this - after trying it I bought the full version as it was pretty much exactly what I wanted. If you're like me and still prefer having an MP3 collection as opposed to Spotify etc then this is a great solution. The music tag editor is not perfect but still very handy for some things.
