Zero Waste Chef helps you organize your pantry, track expiration dates, and plan meals using what you already have at home — reducing food waste and unnecessary shopping.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Pantry by location — register products in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer and filter them by location.

• Expiration dates — see which items are expiring soon and prioritize using them first.

• Shopping list — add missing items and keep everything in one place.

• Recipe library — save, organize, and browse your recipes in one place, with search and quick counts.

• Recipe books — group recipes into custom recipe books (e.g., quick dinners, desserts) or leave them in “No book” until you decide to organize them.

• AI recipes — select ingredients from your pantry and receive recipe suggestions based on what you already have (with optional text or voice prompts), or ask for any recipe you want.

• Import recipes — paste text, import from a photo, or create a recipe from scratch. The app structures ingredients and steps so you can save them to your library.

• Create and edit recipes — write recipes from scratch or edit the title, ingredients, and steps of recipes you have already saved.

• Recipe details — rate recipes, add notes, share them, add ingredients to your shopping list, and cook step by step.

• Scan receipts — add multiple products from a photo of your shopping receipt, with a review step before saving.

• Dietary preferences — specify dietary restrictions and preferences in Settings so the AI can take them into account when generating recipes.

• Progress tracking — follow statistics and gamification features to see the impact of your choices (full content available in the Premium experience).

FREE AND PREMIUM

The app is free and includes essential features. On the free plan, you can save up to 30 recipes, create up to 3 custom recipe books, and assign each recipe to one book (in addition to the default book). Some AI features have daily usage limits, and ads may be displayed.

With a Premium subscription, you get an ad-free experience, more generous AI limits for everyday use, a much larger recipe library (more saved recipes, more recipe books, and recipes in multiple books), and full access to statistics and gamification features. Zero Waste Chef is a tool for organization and culinary inspiration. AI-generated suggestions and imported recipes are provided for informational purposes only; always verify ingredients, allergens, and safe food-handling practices.
