From the moment I started speaking with Kurt, I never had one single issue. This man provided the best customer service and the best personability that I have ever came across when doing any kind of loan process. This is an amazing human being. All of the other people and the whole technical process was also nice and easy!

This bank just sucks, the app is trash and it takes basically a blood sample to register. Interest rates suck, and they will run multiple credit checks not just the 1 needed. Essentially these criminals will guarantee you an immediate 40-50 pt drop on your credit to allow them an increase in interest.

They are the worst. Hunter your credit score even when you payment are current. They reported me 4 times in o e months when that month was pay on time. For example just now am talking to them, my month of September is fully pay and today is the 29 of September and they reported my account 4x and October is not even here. What a joke this people are. And all they are telling me is to dispute it. I been doing this since June and my credit score keep dropping. Very Disappointed
