It took a while to register my information with the app. Since then, I am unable to access any usable information. I get texts and emails that say "you have papers to sign", and the app will tell me "sign into the app to sign your papers", then I sign into the app, which says, "you're all caught up!" It's been basically useless, since I can't use it for its intended purpose. GoodLeap is also nagging me for more and more and more paperwork, which seems shady, but that's a separate issue.

Had a great experience with these guys, app is simple. First loan went well. the second loan was denied due to missing some commonsense on their part with how I claim my taxes but still friendly to work with. I'm unsure if I'll go back to them.

This bank just sucks, the app is trash and it takes basically a blood sample to register. Interest rates suck, and they will run multiple credit checks not just the 1 needed. Essentially these criminals will guarantee you an immediate 40-50 pt drop on your credit to allow them an increase in interest.
