Even though I have a web account login, I had to register the first time with a new user ID and password. Once I was in, no problems getting in and making my payment or seeing what my estimated home value is.

I am not even able to create a user ID and password for this app. Asks me who I am working with. I just want to pay my mortgage in a more convenient way. And the nice flyer I received in my statement is a complete waste of paper.

Horrible!! don't even mind downloading this.👎👎
