About this app

SimpleShoppingList:
• provides an easy way to create shopping lists with price calculation
• add as many shopping lists as you need
• create you own categories and units
• easy sorting of shopping lists, categories, units and items with drag and drop

Add for each item:
• a name
• a unit
• categories
• an amount (optional)
• a price (optional)
• a note (optional), URL links supported

Easy (automatically) sorting of the list:
• alphabetically
• by category
• manually by drag and drop

The needed permissions explained:
• read the contents of your SD card (Photos/Media/Files): Needed to be able to load a backup.

Ratings and reviews

Simple and no nonsense. I've been searching for a HandiShopper replacement before my old PalmOS device dies. This fills the bill. I only wish it had undo for accidental ticks, and that sorting was a bit more polished. Actually maybe one more thing, dates when things were last added and bought would be really helpful. Late addition to the wish list, other units in the item details.

DS10 is a genius! I have yet to see a grocery app with so many features for free with no ads. The bottle deposit option, special price offer, shelf position & the extensive Help are just a few things you don't see in other apps. The only thing I don't see is tax or no tax on each individual item. Even with that, it's a great app & I'm happy to have found it. Highly Recommended.

For me, a pretty useful shopping list. It's kind of quirky but after digging deeper it works quite well. I'd like to be able to change the order of fields for the list items. I prefer seeing item first then quantity then units. Just upgraded my review to 5 stars after super fast response by developer to implement suggested change!
