About this app

AgroPilot is a digital diary for agricultural holdings. Each field has its own chronological list of works — from sowing to harvest — and you can export the record of the use of plant protection products as a PDF ready for agricultural inspection.

RECORD OF PLANT PROTECTION
Regulation (EU) 2023/564 prescribes the content of records on the use of plant protection products for professional users. AgroPilot keeps records with all prescribed columns: type of use, trade name and registration number of the product, date and time of application, dose, ARKOD plot, size of treated area, crop, EPPO code, phenophase (BBCH) and production system. Records that are missing a mandatory field are clearly marked before you print the document.

According to the Law on the Sustainable Use of Pesticides (Official Gazette 46/2022), the records are kept for three years — export works in PDF, Excel and CSV format.

FIELD DIARY
For each field, you record sowing (depth, soil temperature), fertilization, top dressing, soil cultivation, rainfall in millimeters, spraying and harvesting. You can add a photo, cost and note to each record. The timeline shows the entire season in one place.

WEATHER AND SOIL TEMPERATURE
A seven-day forecast with wind speed and direction, humidity and soil temperature at a depth of 6 cm. When spraying, you can drag wind, temperature and humidity into the record with one touch, and when sowing, soil temperature.

PLOT MAP
Fields on a satellite base, colored by crop, with plot boundaries and area display. The map and satellite images are free resources — no hidden costs.

YIELD AND COSTS
Yield by year, cost by type of intervention and by field, and profit per hectare. Compare fields with each other and see where it pays off.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
All records are saved on your device. No registration, no user account, no waiting for a signal in the middle of the field. Forecast and map require internet, everything else does not.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Data about fields, works and your personal data do not go to our servers. They are shared only by you, when you export the document yourself.

PREMIUM
The free version displays ads. By subscribing, you remove ads and get an AI advisor who sees records from your field. Spraying records and PDF export remain free.
