How Simplifica Delivery helps you:
1. Intelligent Route Management. When assigning deliveries, you can not only list orders but also automatically sort them by the shortest or fastest route. It features integrated navigation with Google Maps. It provides an updated estimated time of arrival based on traffic and progress.
2. Digital Proof of Delivery (Evidence)
Capture of the customer's signature upon receiving the order. Photographic evidence; option to take photos of the delivered package; otherwise, the reason for rejection (e.g., closed door).
3. Tracking and Traceability (GPS)
Real-time monitoring. GPS coordinates are sent so the central office can see the route in real time. Automatic recording of the exact delivery time of the order. Event History: Record of each status change with a timestamp.
4. Status and Reason Management
Clear statuses: "On the way," "At the door," "Delivered," "Rescheduled."
As well as a field to record the reasons for non-delivery.
5. Settlement and Collections (Finance)
Collection Management (COD). If the order is cash on delivery, record whether payment was made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card.
