STARS — the Smart Tanker Activity Recording System — makes water-tanker deliveries simple to record and simple to bill, for the consumer receiving the water and the supplier delivering it.

A consumer is any establishment or individual that receives its water by tanker — like a housing society, factory, hotel, hospital or commercial site. Keeping track of every delivery, and matching it to the supplier's monthly bill, usually means a register at the gate, a diary, and a lot of back-and-forth at month-end. STARS puts both sides on the same page.

A guard records each tanker as it arrives — a photo, the time, the vehicle and the quantity. Everyone sees the same list of deliveries as they happen. At month-end the bill is built straight from those deliveries: the supplier is paid for what they delivered, the consumer pays for what it received, and there's nothing to chase.

STARS is a business tool for organisations that send or receive water by tanker. You'll need an organisation Code and a login to sign in; new organisations can register in the app, and suppliers can add their own customers.
