Login to the app using a simple one step WhatsApp based authentication and start logging service complaints.
Complaints with details and attached image will be sent to the support provider.
Service providers: you can enable Simply C2 for your customers and get
- service tickets pushed directly to your Simply C2 CRM back-end
- Auto-acknowledgement sent through the app and notifications
- Ability to send itemized quotes for repair
If service providers do not have a CRM linked to Simply C2, they will still be sent the complaint on email/ WhatApp.
Service providers with CRM enabled, and their customers can chat- in any language and receive responses back in the same language. Customers can share images and even approve repair estimates.
