It was fairly easy to connect my light bulbs to the app and control them. There are features that I have no idea what the do or how they work and NO help features in the app or online. I found some FAQs but couldn't enlarge the pics, so, that was useless. Downgrade rating to 2. One bulb keeps losing connection to the wifi and I am unable to restart it.

Really hard to try and connect plug. Never got it to work. And the nightmare number of steps necessary is ridiculous. Also, since it keeps wanting wifi password over and over, how about an app that will allow my split android screen so I can see the photo i took of the router password. Since most routers have the password at the back, it's a bit hard to see the password on the router while you trying to enter it on a phone screen. I would love to use these plugs, but they are way too hard to connect.

App looks fairly simple but is not as intuitive as it should be. Setting up a schedule works fine but trying to set a countdown timer either to turn it on or off, is impossible. Deleting and reinstalling the app has no effect. Lack of smart control integration adds to the dissatisfaction with this app.
