Ratings and reviews

After resetting password it shows "successful " followed by "something went wrong ",try again. After 8 hours of trying it hasn't been fixed.

Useless so far. Signed up, when log in it says your account is been reviewed and that's it.

Why is it taking so long to review my account? I have received no communication regarding the ability to provide services through the app.
