This app needs serious work. The videos automatically taken for events do not load at all, and even though there is a dedicated setting the feed cannot be rotated in full screen mode, it. Also, all the AI functionality often shows as disengaged and you have to force close and reopen the app. The hardware of this product is good, but the app sucks. Just because this company doesn't use a subscription model for their services, doesn't mean customers should be forgotten about after their purchase!

The hardware seems fine, but the app is the weak link. Despite following all instructions, the camera never appears in the app after “successful” pairing. I tried 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi, resets, different devices and multiple attempts with no luck. This could be a great product if the app actually worked, but right now it’s useless for something as important as monitoring a baby.

Always unable to load camera view on first opening of app. It will load to 99% and remain black screen. Either that or able to load camera view but camera direction toggling arrows will be frozen, need to close and reopen app then the buttons will work. Quite irritating when baby is screaming for milk and you need to urgently turn the camera away to breastfeed. Facial recognition of baby can be improved, camera sometimes follows adult face instead and turns away from the baby.
