Fixes fresh-install boot hang:

Rootfs asset rootfs_tar_gz now ships patched Xvfb + Mesa libGLX (PRoot crashes) and bakes the current startup.sh + bridge-server.py.
Bridge server starts on 8081; in-app proxy 8080->8081 keeps the dashboard alive.
Rootfs extraction timeout raised 5m->20m with progress heartbeats.
VNC client waits for backend, auto-recovers after transient errors, and tolerates desktop resizes.
