Honestly, save your money for pro/+ if you're looking for a stargazing app for a telescope. Free sky safari does everything this does, The UI's are just nicer. I was impressed with the new UIs but was deeply disappointed with the fact that almost nothing is new features wise. Object placement is accurate. There is no equipment option. You do get access to 3D models of planets and nebulae, so that's neat. If it's a 3D observatory thing you're looking for, Celestia has a larger selection.

the observing conditions tonight feature appears to be broken, and there is no server connection alert or bug report functionality. So, I am looking to find a replacement. I paid the subscription to support the app, but this lack of support is a deciding factor to stop.
