bad app, cancelled my appt even though id paid. support is through an ai bot and cant get in contact with a real person.

The support team are professionals especially Osamah, yesterday I had an issue and I couldn't hear the Dr, it was very frustrating, but the next day Osamah contacted me and spent a good time and effort to fix the issue and reschedule my appointment with the Dr. And totally changed my opinion about the appin a much better way
