App lacks basic features - can't easily save, can't adjust fonts or font size, can't use vertical or horizontal center alignmentment. It's cool enough for sending a picture with a background Been a customer for years and as far as I can tell this app hasn't been improved from a feature perspective in years. Will look for a similar app when I run out of prepaid credits.

Fun app but needs some tweaks. First, it does not provide clear directions on how to write your own message. Second, there is no account info feature where one can check status of one's credit balance. They invite you to purchase credits & entice you with a slight discount to do so. But then there is no way to track that. That said, it is a fun way to let people know you are thinking of them. The postcards feature a perforation around the photo you selected to be printed -which is a cute feature

Hi Sheila! May we have you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check? You should be able to see your credits under the Account tab along with your email and return address.

I really wanted this to work but unfortunately, several days after the postcard was supposedly received by the post office of a small town, it had still not been received by the person to whom it had been sent.... Yes... The address was correct. I double checked. I don't know whether the dates of service on the app are actually tracked through actual delivery notifications or just anticipated based on average information, but my first attempt to use the service have been very unsuccessful. I'll probably look for another option... Too bad. I had high hopes.

Hi Michael, we're sorry to read about the experience you had with Postagram. While the app provides movement updates, it does not provide a delivery update once received at the local Post Office. We are beholden to the Post Office for prompt deliveries, and we apologize for this mishap.
