If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I've downloaded the app to track an item I'm getting from Malaysia, however when I try to open the app, it is stuck on the loading screen. I thought maybe it needed a little longer to load but after 30 minutes, it was STILL on the loading screen. What is the point of having an app that doesn't work. You are better off just using the website. Extremely disappointed.

just downloaded this app and it doesn't work. Only ad pages and the get started button doesn't work. cannot even sign up with singpass. worst app I have used this year. After checking a second time, I realise the problem may be due to the positioning of the get started button in the android home button area - overlapping. Bad design. I have solved the problem by switching to swipe gestures in place of the navigation bar. It should not be like this. Not many people can solve this by themselves.

one of the most useless app where everything doesn't work. supposed to make payment for gst, encountered scanning error with bar code, payment issue, no network, etc... have informed supplier to not send by singpost.
