just updated the app on my android phone and now I can't access my ticket!! The app loads but I can't click on any of the buttons so can't select "My Tickets". How do I get into the race now? Why update the app this close to the race - especially as it obviously hasn't been properly tested. Please make the old version available again so that I can actually get into the race that I have paid for as I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to fix the current version of the app in the next 2 weeks

100mb every time you open the app. I think it is not fair since the gp has not started yet and the app already used 350mb of data. I Imagine later will be more since I have to use it at the track to show the tickets. You should consider foreigners who come here with a esim for the gp maybe with 5gb of data in total, it is not ideal. (I don't like to leave reviews but I think this should be an easy fix for next year)

Honestly, terrible app... viewing tickets gives error, logging out and logging back in fails, resetting password does not work, resetting password on website works but the same password does not work on app!! This is frankly embarrassing... stop focusing on fancy splashscreens and invest in getting the absolute basics right instead. Garbage.
