just updated the app on my android phone and now I can't access my ticket!! The app loads but I can't click on any of the buttons so can't select "My Tickets". How do I get into the race now? Why update the app this close to the race - especially as it obviously hasn't been properly tested. Please make the old version available again so that I can actually get into the race that I have paid for as I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to fix the current version of the app in the next 2 weeks

Honestly, terrible app... viewing tickets gives error, logging out and logging back in fails, resetting password does not work, resetting password on website works but the same password does not work on app!! This is frankly embarrassing... stop focusing on fancy splashscreens and invest in getting the absolute basics right instead. Garbage.

love the singappre f1, hate the app why do you make it compulsory to access tickets on an app that doesn't work. constantly hangs, and you cant even take screenshot of the app. transferring tickets dont work as the check box wasn't clickable, and I kept getting errors during the f1. app was updated, and had good network coverage.
