• Draft mode for admins: plan the whole season in peace — add, change and delete events and projects without a single invitation going out
• One tap on Publish takes everything live: invitations are sent for the new events, and every singer gets one combined notification instead of one per event
• The live calendar stays untouched while you plan — drafts are visible only to admins
