I bought a ZTE V50 Design from Singer Sri Lanka. After a few months, the fingerprint sensor stopped working and the power button started overheating and was very hot to touch. When I called their service centers, I was told that spare parts were no longer available and that the phone was "very old" (it was 2 years 4 months 16 days old). This response shows poor after-sales support and is unfair to customers.

Very bad services. I've ordered a product and never received on the delivery date. And the customer care people do nothing but the false promises (that the product will be delivered 100% sure within every day). It looks like a well branded company from outside but their customer service sucks. Don't wast your time.

Very poor products. Never purchase online. No one is there to undertake the responsibility of not working products. Maintainance within warranty period is so disgusting. Even after repair, still my rice cooker is not working. No person answer customer care hotline calls. Extremely poor product and services. If I could I would give zero star rating. Some how thanks Pitakotte branch for kind service.
