my app never works, I can never control anything, there is always a delay. ive been able to use the app one time in the significant amount of time ive had it.

The service is great but the My SR Connect app is glitchy. This has been happening for a long while. App works fine for a while then stops showing connected devices. First time it happened, uninstalled and reinstalled fixed it. Now that doesn't work. Fix the app and get 5 stars.

I love the internet but I frequently run into a problem with the app where I can't see my information because it won't load in. Im actively connected to the internet so that shouldn't be the problem right? Still using the app for obvious reasons, I just felt like bringing the issue to notice lol.
