The service is great but the My SR Connect app is glitchy. This has been happening for a long while. App works fine for a while then stops showing connected devices. First time it happened, uninstalled and reinstalled fixed it. Now that doesn't work. Fix the app and get 5 stars.

I love the internet but I frequently run into a problem with the app where I can't see my information because it won't load in. Im actively connected to the internet so that shouldn't be the problem right? Still using the app for obvious reasons, I just felt like bringing the issue to notice lol.

The app won't load half the time, I checked for app updates, and it's up to date. very buggy. the internet service is great though
