About this app

Your usage history accumulates automatically as soon as you receive a card approval text message.

CardSMS is an app that automatically recognizes and saves credit, debit, and corporate card approval messages received via carrier SMS (SMS/MMS/RCS), and displays usage history by card, category, and period at a glance. There is no membership registration, account linking, or server transmission. All data is stored exclusively on your mobile phone.

[Recognition Scope Guide]

- Only card approval details received via carrier text messages (SMS/MMS/RCS) are recognized. KakaoTalk Notification Talk and card company app push notifications are not recognized. You can use this feature by changing the notification method to text in the card company app.

- Bank account deposit/withdrawal text messages are not recognized. For debit cards, only those received as card approval texts are recognized.

- Cards are automatically added once the approval text is recognized. There is no function to manually add cards.

[If a text message is not recognized]

Recognition may fail if the card company changes the text message format. Please capture the relevant text message screen via "Menu" > "Settings" > "Error Report" and send it to us, and we will reflect it in the next update. Since we cannot identify the cause without a text message sample, please use the error reporting feature rather than the review function.

[Required App Permissions]

Due to the nature of the CardSMS app, which processes card text messages, it requires the following app permissions:

* Receive text messages (SMS)

- Used to recognize card approval text messages in real-time and add them to the usage list

* Read my text messages (SMS or MMS)

- Used to read previous approval history and create a list upon the first launch after installation

* View network connections

* Full network access

- Used to receive advertisements and check for the latest updates

Please note that the permissions above are the minimum required to operate the app, and no additional permissions not mentioned above are required.
