Being self-employed means getting paid for what you know how to do. Not keeping folders of receipts, or spending Sundays on an Excel spreadsheet that no one cares about.
SinTrámite lives in your pocket. Every time you pay for something, you take a photo of the receipt. The app reads the fields, saves it, and when it's time to send it to your accountant, you do it with a single tap.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Photo of the receipt
Camera, gallery, or PDF. It doesn't matter how the expense arrives. Did you receive a receipt via Gmail, Drive, or WhatsApp? Tap Share → SinTrámite and the expense is automatically entered.
2. Automatic reading
Supplier, tax ID, date, base, VAT, total — extracted in seconds. If something doesn't add up, it alerts you. You confirm, and that's it.
3. Everything organized
Each expense is saved, categorized by supplier, and ready to export. Filter by quarter, category, or supplier.
4. Send to the accountant
Choose the quarter, tap once. Your accountant receives an Excel file with each categorized expense and a ZIP file with all the photos, each linked to its corresponding row. Via email, WhatsApp, or Files.
UNDERSTANDS THE SPANISH TAX SYSTEM
• Distinguishes full invoices from simplified receipts
• Verifies that the buyer's tax ID number (NIF) matches yours
• Recognizes Spanish and foreign suppliers
• Alerts you when a supplier approaches the threshold for Form 347
• Multi-currency: dollars, pounds, francs — marks them so your accountant applies the correct rate
• NIF, NIE, DNI, CIF — validates all four
PRIVACY
Your invoices are not ours. Everything is saved on your phone. We do not create user accounts. We do not store your invoices in the cloud. Only the receipt image briefly travels to our server to read the fields — and even that is not saved.
If you uninstall the app, all your data disappears with you.
BACKUP
Export to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or wherever you want, whenever you want.
The app also saves automatic snapshots every week.
SinTrámite doesn't file your taxes for you—that's done by your accountant, and they do it well. But it does understand what information it needs and how to provide it.
Get your Sundays back.
