The online banking app is easy to use, secure, and fast. I can transfer funds, pay bills, and check my balance without any issues.

It isn't possible for a foreign customer to create an account with dawho to use the app. That's discrimination. Also, the English language service isn't actually for most of the app.

Customer service is horrible. Queueing for a representative? You have to input a number every 30 seconds or so or you lose your place because they hang up on you.
