Cupello is a personal tasting journal built for wine and coffee enthusiasts who take their sensory experience seriously. Every sip tells a story, and this app gives you the tools to capture it with precision and depth.

At the core of Cupello is a detailed rating and aroma tag system. When you log a new entry, you can select from a curated set of aroma descriptors — earthy, floral, citrus, oak, berry, smoky, and many more — to build an accurate flavor profile. A granular rating scale lets you score each dimension of the experience rather than settling for a single number.

Each tasting note can include the name, origin, producer, variety, and vintage or roast date. You can describe the appearance, nose, palate, and finish in separate text fields, giving your notes the structure that serious tasting demands.

Your collection is organized and searchable. Sort entries by date, name, or rating. Filter by type — wine or coffee — and browse your history to track how your palate develops over time.

All data is stored locally on your device. No account needed, no cloud sync, no sign-up. Your notes are yours, private by default.
