This application is a form of continued development of PBB online services (SIPP) and PBB payments via QRIS and Virtual Account (VA), in order to further improve the convenience of PBB services and payments through innovations that keep up with the times.

This application will later provide a PBB application platform that can meet all the needs of taxpayers, which is easily accessible and user friendly (easy to use), so that Bapenda can always increase the community satisfaction index and ultimately can encourage the level of community participation in paying PBB.

In the context of local tax collection, in this case, the PBB is one of the mainstay sources for the Bandung City government to pursue PBB taxes according to the target each year. Of course, the service process needs to be improved starting from system performance and ease of service for tax payers and officers.

The importance of the need for the development of PBB systems and services is the focus of the leadership for improving PBB performance and services. A number of information technology system infrastructure related to digitizing documents, adding service modules and features as well as integration of payment systems with banks are breakthroughs in improving services.

Module needs include developing the SPPT PBB to become a digital form (E-SPPT) which can be accessed online, this development allows taxpayers to download or print the SPPT by themselves (self service), which then e-SPPT can be delivered to the taxpayer's account on the SIPP service portal.
