About this app

Dataserv Mobile is a companion app for operators and engineers who need station access away from the desk—on the line, at the machine, or anywhere on the plant Wi‑Fi.

Add your stations by IP address or discover them on the local network, then see at a glance whether each system is online. Open a station to view a live HMI screen preview, jump into full remote control with pinch‑zoom, and send mouse and keyboard input when you need to interact with the panel.

From one place you can:

Remote — Watch the live station screen and control it with touch, mouse, and keyboard
History — Review recently tested units, filter by day/week/month, sort results, and share or export records
Logs — Browse log sessions, focus on problems, and share what the system recorded
Recipes — Browse recipe models and edit fields without returning to a desktop
Environment — View and update system configuration settings by section
Scan — Use the device camera for barcode scan workflows and cycle start
Dataserv Mobile is built for the floor: large touch targets, clear connection status, and workflows tuned for phone and tablet—not a full dashboard port. Deep admin, layout design, and heavy configuration stay on the desktop; mobile focuses on status, quick fixes, and field tasks.

Requirements: A Dataserv test station reachable on your Wi‑Fi network (same LAN as the phone or tablet). The app connects directly to your station; it does not replace the Dataserv engine or work without a configured system.
