Sirius Mobile Lite is Quetech’s community-powered mobile network measurement application, enabling
users to improve mobile connectivity while participating in an innovative Decentralized Physical
Infrastructure Network (DePIN).
By contributing real-world measurements, community members help create accurate mobile coverage
maps and network quality insights while becoming eligible for rewards through participation in
campaigns and measurement activities.
Measure Real Network Performance
The app securely collects supported mobile network diagnostics, including signal quality, serving cell
information, network technology (2G/3G/4G/5G), location, and other technical indicators. These
measurements help mobile operators, regulators, enterprises, and researchers better understand network
performance and identify areas for improvement.
Report Network Issues with One Tap
Experiencing poor coverage or slow mobile data at your home, office, or anywhere else? Sirius Mobile
Lite allows you to submit a Network Issue Report with a single tap.
When reporting an issue, the app can automatically capture technical diagnostics such as radio KPIs,
serving cell information, location, timestamp, and optional network performance tests, providing
evidence-based information that supports network analysis and service improvement. Users can also
track the status of their submitted reports as participating organizations process them.
Participate and Earn Rewards
As part of the Quetech DePIN ecosystem, eligible users may earn points, rewards, or other incentives
for contributing valuable measurements, completing campaigns, and participating in community-driven
network quality initiatives, subject to the applicable program rules.
Privacy and Data Protection
Quetech is built with Privacy by Design principles and is committed to compliance with the European
Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 Only the data necessary to provide measurement and reporting functionality is collected.
 Technical measurements are processed using privacy-preserving practices and are logically
separated from personal account information wherever applicable.
 Sirius Mobile Lite does not access or collect your call history or SMS messages.
 Participation in network measurements and issue reporting is designed to respect user privacy
while providing valuable technical insights.

 Users retain control over granted permissions, and data is transmitted securely to the Quetech
Cloud platform.
