"updates" every other day with useless features and always makes it more difficult to use. I can't even contact support because the app crashes every time. it's been like this for months.

program crashes a lot or is constantly buffering/spinning, the screen is too wide and there are 2 record circles which is confusing.

When the app works, it's a useful tool. However, it crashes constantly. I'll start recording, and then 10 seconds later the app fails. Attempting to listen to previous recordings is laggy and the app consistently crashes. Bad execution on a good idea.
