About this app

ControlGuard is SISIN's mobile app for security guards working in gated communities, private neighborhoods, and condominiums. It transforms each patrol into a verifiable route, providing real-time evidence for the security company and the community management.

HOW IT WORKS
The guard scans the QR code at each checkpoint during their patrol. ControlGuard automatically validates the order and timing of each checkpoint, detecting incomplete, out-of-sequence, or untimely patrols.

WORKS OFFLINE
In areas without signal, scans are saved on the device and automatically sync as soon as a connection is available. The patrol is never interrupted due to lack of signal.

REAL-TIME MONITORING
During the active shift, the web-based monitoring panel displays the guard's location and the patrol's progress on a map, showing completed and pending checkpoints.

SOS BUTTON
In an emergency, the guard presses the panic button, and the supervisor instantly receives an alert with their exact location.

NEWS AND INCIDENTS
The guard can upload news items with a photo and description directly from the app, which are recorded with the date, time, and location.

NOTIFICATIONS
The app alerts the guard about shift changes, upcoming checkpoint expirations, and communications from the security company.

ControlGuard is the guard module of the SISIN system. To use it, your security company or management company must be registered with SISIN, and each guard needs their access credentials.

Privacy note: ControlGuard requests location access (even in the background) only while the guard is on duty, in order to audit the patrol and respond to emergencies. It also uses the camera to scan QR codes and attach photos to updates. More information is available in our privacy policy.
