About this app

Venato Guard is the app for Venato's electronic monitoring clients. With it, you can monitor your establishment's cameras from anywhere, directly from your cell phone.

What you can do with the app:

• View live cameras, one by one or in mosaic.

• Review recordings, choosing the day and time on the timeline.

• Download a segment of the recording to your cell phone.

• Receive alerts when a person is detected in the monitored areas, with an image of the moment.

• Arm and disarm the protection of points, when this control is yours.

• Contact your security company's support directly through the app.

How access works:

The app is exclusive to clients with a monitoring contract. There is no registration through the app: access is created by the security company and sent to the responsible party by email. Each person only sees the cameras of the points to which they are entitled.

Important: monitoring is an obligation of means. The app and service monitor and alert you, but do not, by themselves, prevent incidents from occurring.
