Since the hotel program, restaurant system and cash register system are integrated, interfaces are no longer necessary. All data is cross-divisional: users, address file, sales, invoices and many more. Since Front Office Cloud works on all devices, such as PC, Apple, tablet and cell phone, it can be used in all areas in operation and also on the go.

You will find your way around FOCloud quickly, as all functions are logically arranged and easy to use. The built-in intelligent wiki provides you with precise information and contains useful tips.


In the clear room plan, you can create bookings, including guest files and correspondence, in no time at all. On request, we create individual, customized CI templates with our graphic partners. With the integrated rate manager, you have your room prices under control every day and can make promotions and price adjustments in no time at all.

Every waiter can learn how to use the restaurant cash register in just a few minutes. Thanks to the graphic table plans, table numbers no longer need to be noted. All dishes and drinks can be quickly found and scored on the multi-colored tabs. The ordering system also runs on mobile phones and tablets, of course, and thus becomes a mobile ordering terminal.

You send tasks and handovers to your employees, you always see who has already read what or which task is currently working where. If a room is cleaned or a repair is completed, the room status changes automatically.

The most important evaluations are shown graphically in the dashboard and in the data analysis, with one click you get to the corresponding report. All reports and statistics can be displayed, printed out or sent directly to e.g. send the tax advisor.

With the Channel Manager interface, prices and occupancy data are transmitted directly to your Channel Manager. In this way, rooms can be booked on all online platforms or on their own homepage. Incoming bookings are imported automatically and are immediately available.
