About this app
The Sitemate App enables any field worker to create a free and secure digital ID card which they can use to easily signoff, submit and then review forms electronically.
The Sitemate App's contactless signoff works via the scanning of a workers unique QR code, which can be scanned by any devices default camera to instantly stamp their signature and details onto any form or process - including toolbox talks, tailgate meetings, pre starts and method statements (RAMS / SWMS).
The form submission feature of the app can be used by contractors, subcontractors and external visitors for single submission forms as well as by internal staff and operators for ongoing processes including timesheets, pre starts, and JSAs.
Each worker with the Sitemate App will have an automated log of all of the forms they have submitted, which they can click on to review read only versions for easy traceability and bulletproof record keeping.
Customisable forms can be shared and distributed from Dashpivot to the Sitemate App via QR code posters or weblinks, eliminating paperwork, lost or misplaced information and manual data entry.
The Sitemate App works exclusively with Dashpivot, which is a digital document automation platform industrial companies use to streamline their processes.
Dashpivot is also built and maintained by the Sitemate team.

The link to your privacy policy and terms of service shows nothing. People are essentially being forced to download this app in order to sign in to sites. When this is the case, it must be clear how data is stored and used. There should be a clear privacy policy and terms of service so that we know exactly what we're agreeing to by using this app. Users should not enter details into this app until this has been fixed.

You have to put phone number in every single time and get a code ,why? We don't always work under a mobile phone tower and reception is not the best on every work site , this app needs a lot of work in my opinion , so please read your reviews and fix it !!

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for your comment, this is certainly not the intended behaviour. This is a bug introduced from a recent update, and the team will be releasing a fix ASAP today/tomorrow. Once resolved, you will only need to login once, and then you will be able to access your ID card as many times as required. Regards, The Sitemate Team
