About this app

Site Tracks is a construction operations platform built for UK construction companies. It gives site managers and labour one place to handle timesheets, site forms, requests, price work and planning, on the go or in the office.

TIMESHEETS Submit hours daily with standard, overtime and night work rates. Add notes, track sick leave and holidays. Managers review and approve in a few taps. No more chasing paper timesheets at the end of the week.

SITE FORMS Complete inspections, toolbox talks, RAMS and any other form your company uses. Fill them in on site, attach photos straight from your camera, and submit. Every form is stored, searchable and tied to the right project.

REQUESTS Raise requests for additional labour, materials or plant directly from the app. Set the urgency, add notes and submit. Managers see them immediately and can act without waiting for a phone call.

PRICE WORK Log measured work with descriptions, locations, quantities and unit prices. Managers review and approve submissions, and everything is recorded against the job.

PLANNER Managers get a weekly view of labour allocation across projects and days. See who is working where, spot gaps and adjust on the fly.

PROJECTS AND JOBS View your assigned projects and jobs. Managers can create and manage projects, break them into jobs, and track progress across the board.

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT View plant assignments and raise off-hire notices when equipment is no longer needed on site.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS Everyone sees what they need. Labour get their timesheets, forms, requests and price work. Managers get the full picture with approvals, planning and project management.

REAL-TIME SYNC Works alongside the Site Tracks web dashboard. Data syncs instantly, so your team is always up to date whether they are on site or in the office.

Site Tracks requires an active company subscription. You will need an invitation from your company administrator to get started.
