About this app

Living in the US, UK, Canada or Europe with land or a house going up in Nigeria? NEMZION lets you see it without flying home. Someone you choose, a relative, a foreman or a caretaker, visits for you, and the app records where and when every photo and video was taken.

You are away. Your property is not.

NEMZION helps you see a house, building site or land when you can't be there. Property visits work anywhere in the world.

CHOOSE SOMEONE TO VISIT

Ask a family member, friend or professional you choose to go to the property, and send them an invite code. They install the NEMZION app, join with the code, and take photos and short videos, guided one step at a time.

NEMZION compares the location the phone reports with the property when the visit starts and with each photo. Each photo and video keeps where and when the phone recorded it. The record says whether the time came from NEMZION's clock or the phone's. Visit photos are taken with the app camera, not added from the phone's gallery.

SEE YOUR VISITS IN ONE PLACE

Open the property to see each visit and look back at earlier photos and videos to see what has changed.

LAND CHECKS IN NIGERIA

Land checks are professional checks, done by licensed surveyors and lawyers in Nigeria. Before you decide on a plot, NEMZION can arrange searches of the survey and title records:

Charting (Survey Search)
Root of Title (Title History Search)
Full Land Check

Land checks are only in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abia State for now. You receive a written report of what the searches found. A land check does not settle who owns the land.

GOOD TO KNOW

Phone location has a margin of error. A visit record does not establish boundaries, ownership or the quality of building work.

NEMZION is a service of World of Percy LLC (USA).
