Good prices but very frustrating app. No idea whether we actually have the tickets we supposedly purchased. The app is trying to transfer tickets from Ticketmaster to SI Tickets but keeps failing. I don't want to show up at the venue and get turned away for lack of proof that we actually have the tickets we purchased. This sucks! Just an update...we did get the tickets in the end without having to do anything, but the uncertainty wasn't a pleasant part of the experience. Upgrade to three star.

tell me you didn't consider making a good app without telling me.... agreed with all the one stars here. they wanted a unique ticketing app. they sure nailed it, it's uniquely unreliable

Can't view my tickets (seems to be permanently stuck on syncing account), which defeats.... well, the entire app. Can't put tickets into my wallet, which makes it possible to get into the stadium because wifi signals are terrible there.
