I use this app for my job and everytime I comple a daily/weekly, or new challenges it doesn't get me my points it stays stuck at 2,490. When it's well over 3000. And everytime I try to contact customer support it says, "oops something went wrong" worst app ever. Update: this app is so bad about not giving you your points and gift cards that my job has done away with Limeade One this year.

Had been using for WHIL videos for wellness program. Now, suddenly, the videos will not play. Plus, the fact that I don't think it is tracking my progress. Ugh. Slowest APP ever. When opening an activity, a pop-up shows Bad Connection, even though I know that isn't the case. It will show timed out and open at the same time. It takes a while.

I use this app for the health program at my job. It's significantly inferior to the web version. There's no indication if an activity is "my choice" (I.E. it will be worthless for increasing points after a certain amount), and it's difficult to see if an activity has been completed already or not. Almost all the graphics are replaced with generic patterns, and often activities won't load when you click on them.
